With the days already warming up, it means one thing, it's almost time to welcome the arrival of cherry blossom season. This year's cherry blossoms are anticipated to bloom earlier than usual, around mid-March. They'll continue throughout western and eastern Japan by the end of March.
The cherry blossom front is expected to hit Hokuriku, Nagano, southern Tohoku, and Hokkaido in early April making March and April the perfect period for cherry blossom viewing.
Hamami (cherry blossom viewing) season arrives with plenty of fanfare in Japan. From limited-edition sakura covered beer can designs to traditional sweets, and special events celebrated across the map. Hibiya Kadan "Sato Rakusu FUJINO" is an impressive glamping facility located in Fujino, Sagamihara City, Kanagawa Prefecture. One of Tokyo's finest hotels, the Kimpton Shinjuku Tokyo, and one of the finest patisseries in town, Pierre Hermé Paris, have joined forces to deliver a simply unforgettable light dining experience.
